In the arena of Election Integrity, Washington state certainly has its challenges. Besides being the birthplace of mail in voting, (which is a chain of custody disaster), our current system has a myriad of election integrity concerns which erode the people’s trust in our ability to choose our representatives.

It has been well documented in Congressional testimony by both parties and expert testimony attesting to the presence of hidden software that allows for the manipulation of vote totals.
Over the years it has become painfully obvious that there is no fixing this election fraud problem within a system that protects it. It doesn’t matter whether that protection comes from party elites, compromised legislators or a politically biased judicial system. Out of that realization CrossCheck USA™ was born. CrossCheck USA™ is a non-partisan citizen/candidate partnership utilizing an independent system on privately owned servers in the USA, and was created for the expressed purpose of verifying the official vote total. CCUSA is not invested in whether a particular candidate is elected, our sole interest being in the integrity of the election itself. In other words? CCUSA is here to champion election, not selection.
The process goes like this; voters register on crosscheckusa.com to create a profile that allows voters to declare the candidates they support, just like you do on social media, or when you donate to a campaign or declare your party preference in Presidential Primaries. The difference is, this declaration can help your candidate of choice in an election contest if it is discovered their vote totals don’t match the level of support their campaign garnered leading into the election. The more that people hear about and register on the CrossCheck USA™ platform, the sooner we will be able to have a way for voters to keep their election systems accountable to the people.
I have been an election integrity advocate since 2016 when I began my quest for transparent, secure and publicly verified elections as a board member of Election Justice USA. Politically, I have spent time on both sides of the aisle and have come to the conclusion that the parties themselves have no interest in pursuing anything that could restore trust in our elections. They usually pay lip service while engaging their members in fruitless activities that feel good in the moment, yet do absolutely nothing to change anything. This, of course, is on purpose.
Throughout history, power structures have perfected the art of infiltrating any movement of the People which threatens that power. Election Integrity is not only one of them but the most important of them all because it is the mechanism that allows them to install their puppets to keep those who are in power, perpetually secure in that power. In the last eight years I have witnessed a high percentage of those claiming to be (for) election integrity are actually there to prevent it from happening. This isn’t a guess. This is an assessment based on personal experience with those who have made themselves the ‘go to’ authority on the election integrity circuit, yet have done everything in their power to stop those of us who actually are intent on completing the task.
Here in Washington state, I have experienced both parties and their appointed officials demonstrate behavior characteristic of being antithetical to their appointed positions regarding elections, be it auditors or ‘election integrity’ committee chairs of a political party. One such example is Bill Bruch of the Washington State Republican Party Election Integrity Committee. For years, Bruch has spearheaded malicious defamation campaigns against yours truly, with the hopes to dissuade election integrity enthusiasts from participating in or supporting any of my work, whose mission and goal has always been to eradicate election fraud. Perhaps that is why he has used his position across 39 counties to make people believe that I am “the most dangerous and untrustworthy person in WA State.” Given the recent launch of CrossCheck USA™, Bruch is at it again with a fresh smear campaign filled with enough blatant untruths to choke an elephant. He along with ‘his experts’ have done their best to convince people that someone who has filed 9 election integrity lawsuits, served two lawful notices to legislators, testified and rallied support against multiple anti election integrity bills, campaigned for the office of Secretary of State to spread the truth about how we can end election fraud, consistent with the last 8 years and has had their character assassinated on both sides of the aisle because of it; has allegedly created a platform to cross check the official vote totals… wait for it… as a Democrat scheme to collect peoples contact information to sell to a third party. I know, you just can’t make this stuff up! This tells me, as it should tell you, that THEY DO NOT WANT YOU CROSS CHECKING THE OFFICIAL VOTE TOTALS. Bruch has influenced many candidates and voters who began the registration process on CCUSA to not have anything to do with it. At the same time not offering ANY working solution as to how we can elect any of the peoples candidates with the current fraudulent election system that’s compromised six ways to Sunday. The irony of all this stale smear tactic business is that the only one who has had a judgment for fraud against them is Bill Bruch, for defrauding seniors out of 1.7 million dollars. I heard once that it’s a Marxist tactic to accuse your target of what you are guilty of. In this case, a lack of integrity.
In light of Washington state’s newly codified laws that prevent voters from making any public record requests to obtain any meaningful election data, it has become impossible to hold our current election system accountable. It’s been made illegal to look at our ballots, audit our elections and those who try, are threatened with the scarlet letter of being called an ‘election denier’. There actually was a bill (HB 1333) that sought to call anyone who questions the integrity of elections, a ‘violent domestic extremist’. I along with many others served a lawful notice to our legislators who sponsored the bill as well as those who were yet to vote on HB1333, giving them notice that if they were to pass this bill that they would be guilty of maladministration and violating their Constitutional Oaths.
Although thankfully, HB1333 did not pass, you can best believe it will come back in some form, just as the fraudsters keep trying to pass the Ranked Choice Voting bill year after year. They are tenacious. Those of us who understand how crucial it is to have elections, not (s)elections must be as, if not more tenacious. There is no way to correct a corrupt system when every aspect of it is designed to obfuscate the truth of the People’s will. We must end mail in voting and electronic machines as a starting point. The truth is, the only way we are going to elect people who are willing to enact legislation accomplishing that change, is if we can have an independent cross check of the official vote totals.
